These terms are a contract between you and Frost Wager ("Frost Wager", "we") covering your use of this website. Using the site means accepting them; if you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

What this site is

Frost Wager is an information and comparison service. We publish editorial content about gambling operators and their offers, scored under our published methodology. We are not a gambling operator: no wagers are offered or accepted here, no player accounts exist here, and no gambling transactions pass through this site in any form.

Who may use it

The site is intended for adults of legal gambling age in their Canadian province — 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. If you are under the legal age, or located somewhere that prohibits accessing gambling information, you must not use the site. The site is not directed at residents of Ontario, who are served by provincially regulated offerings.

Accuracy — and its limits

We verify offer terms and licence details on a fixed schedule and date-stamp each page. But operators change terms without notice, and the operator's current published terms always prevail over anything here. Nothing on this site is legal or financial advice, and nothing here guarantees, predicts or implies any gambling outcome. Gambling always involves risk of loss.

Third-party sites

Links to 888, TonyBet, Betty and other external sites lead to services we don't control. Their terms, privacy policies and cookie practices apply there. Any relationship you form with an operator — including deposits, bonuses and withdrawals — is strictly between you and the operator.

Commercial disclosure

We may earn a referral commission when you register with an operator through our links, as explained in the affiliate disclosure. This funds the site and never alters the terms you receive.

Intellectual property

The content, design, EBR methodology, wordmark and code of this site belong to Frost Wager or its licensors. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link; wholesale reproduction, scraping for commercial reuse, or republication of our scores as your own is not permitted. Third-party trademarks — including 888, TonyBet and Betty — belong to their owners; their appearance here is referential and implies no endorsement of this site by their owners.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and will not be liable for losses arising from reliance on the content, from gambling decisions, from third-party services, or from interruptions to the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above moves when we do. Material changes are flagged on this page for 30 days. Continued use after that means the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes belong to the courts of Alberta, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue where you live.
